Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SudarshanMishra.com, we strive to deliver maximum value through all our webinars, online courses, and personal consultations. However, due to the digital and time-bound nature of our services, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. Refund Policy for Webinars (₹150 & ₹5000)

  • All webinar registrations (including ₹150 “Miracle of Mind” and ₹5000 premium sessions) are considered final.

  • Once payment is successfully made, no refund will be processed under any circumstance including:

    • Change of mind

    • Internet/technical issues from participant’s end

    • Missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts

Our webinars are digitally delivered, limited-seating events designed to offer transformational value. We urge users to double-check the date, time, and payment before completing the booking.

2. Refund Policy for Personal Consultations (₹2000–₹5000)

We understand that sometimes schedules may change. Hence:

  • A full refund is eligible only if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.

  • No refund will be offered for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation.

  • If you do not show up at the booked time (no-show), the session will be considered delivered and no refund will be processed.

  • If we (Sudarshan Mishra or team) cancel or reschedule the appointment due to any reason, you will receive either:

    • A new date/time, or

    • A 100% refund (based on your choice)

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

3. How to Request a Refund (if eligible)

Please email us at support@sudarshanmishra.com with the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Phone/WhatsApp Number

  • Date of Payment

  • Reason for Refund Request

  • Proof of Payment (Screenshot/Transaction ID)

We will assess your case based on this policy and respond within 24–48 business hours.

4. UPI / Razorpay Disputes

If you raise a UPI or Razorpay dispute without contacting our support, you may be permanently blacklisted from future offerings.

We’re always happy to resolve genuine concerns. Just reach out before initiating any complaint with your bank or payment provider.
